Studio Zero ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
Information We Collect
When you use Studio Zero, we may collect:
- Photos: Images you upload for AI processing. These are processed on our servers and deleted after processing is complete.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and optimization.
- Usage Data: Anonymous analytics about feature usage to improve our app.
- Account Information: If you create an account, we store your email address and authentication credentials securely.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process your photos using AI technology
- Provide and maintain our service
- Improve and personalize your experience
- Send important updates about the app
- Respond to your support requests
Data Storage and Security
Your photos are transmitted securely using encryption and are processed by our AI service. We do not store your original or processed photos permanently on our servers. Photos are automatically deleted after processing is complete.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google Cloud / AI Services: For image processing
- Apple App Store: For in-app purchases and subscriptions

Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your Studio Zero account and all associated personal data at any time. We offer two ways to do this:
Option 1 — In-app (fastest)
- Open Studio Zero and sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Tap the Settings tab (bottom-right gear icon).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm — your account and personal data are removed within minutes; full backup purge completes within 30 days.
Option 2 — By email
If you can no longer sign in, email metebunyaminn@gmail.com from the address tied to your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We respond within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Account email and authentication credentials
- Generated product photos and edit history
- Subscription records (account-side; cancel the App Store subscription separately — see below)
- Support tickets and in-app feedback
- Anonymous analytics events tied to your user ID
What we keep (and why)
- Anonymized transaction records — Apple App Store purchase IDs without your identity, kept up to 7 years for tax and accounting compliance (legal obligation).
- Hashed anti-fraud signals — non-reversible hashes that prevent abuse (e.g. repeated free-trial cycling).
Subscription cancellation is separate
Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. Apple controls billing — to stop future charges, open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Studio Zero → Cancel Subscription on your iPhone, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Children's Privacy
Studio Zero is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
